Cellfit: maximum hardness. Minimum weight.

Open-cell polyurethane foam developed to combine resistance, lightweight performance and impact absorption.

When pressure is applied by the foot, Cellfit's structure deforms in a controlled manner and helps dissipate part of the energy generated during each step. This reduces the sensation of impact and provides a more stable and comfortable base for walking or standing.

The connection between its cells allows air to pass through the material. As a result, Cellfit offers greater breathability than conventional closed-cell foams and helps improve thermal comfort inside the footwear — particularly relevant in insoles and components in prolonged contact with the foot.

Cellfit can be manufactured in different densities, hardness levels and thicknesses to adjust the balance between softness, support and resistance. It is used in footwear, footcare and sporting goods, especially where a lightweight, durable foam with stable performance under repeated impact is required.
