These materials are transformed into a new functional foam, reducing the volume of discarded waste and lowering the use of virgin raw materials. Depending on the formulation, Rebounded can contain up to 85% recycled content.

Although its main distinguishing feature is environmental, Rebounded is also designed to deliver technical performance. Its flexible structure can adapt to different anatomical shapes, absorb impacts and provide cushioning within a reduced amount of space. Its open-cell structure also promotes air circulation and improves breathability.

Rebounded should not be understood simply as compacted waste, but as a new technical raw material developed from recovered materials. It can be used in insoles, footcare products, footwear and other components where comfort, durability and circularity must be balanced — transforming part of our own industrial waste into products with a new useful life.
